I used to work in advertising and localization for brands but I’ve always loved home decorating and photography which for a long time were just hobbies. In the beginning of 2020 I moved to California, where we got our first house and shortly after that found ourselves in the middle of a lock-down because the pandemic took over the world. This is when I started spending the entire time furnishing, decorating and chronicling this process. Now I photograph real estate in Los Angeles and near by as well as food and home goods.
I’ve always found most of my inspiration for home decor in movies. You can see that through my blog where I analyze furnishings and decor pieces used on sets. This is one of the reasons my style is rather cinematic photography in the sense that I never wanted to make images that look too clean, too polished to the point where they resemble renders or AI.
